Double Borussia Dortmund swoop planned to help challenge Barcelona

Christian Pulisic

Real Madrid have already fallen eight points behind rivals Barcelona in the race for the title after just 11 games.
While it is still early in the season, Barcelona have looked in dominant form with Lionel Messi scoring 12 La Liga goals.
In contrast, both Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo have netted just once each in the league while their top scorer, Marco Asensio, has four.
And Real president Perez has already targeted two young Bundesliga stars to draft in and challenge with his faltering stars.
According to El Gol Digital, Real are interested in signing Borussia Dortmund duo Christian Pulisic and Julian Weigl.
The Bundesliga pair are tipped for bright futures and have had a host of Europe’s elite teams chase their signature in recent years.
But Real are said to be prepared to use Lucas Vazquez and Marcos Llorente in a potential exchange to sweeten the deal with the German club
