The 25-year-old runs over to his captain and lifts up his foot, to which Ramos then puts his head on his boot.
The routine has arisen from some dressing room banter to which the pair have become the brunt of the joke.
Apparently, Isco and Ramos have really smelly feet and that is what they are mimicking - it is not just a poor attempt at kissing the boot.
"We have a joke between [Ramos] and me," he told Fox Sport Italia.
"We say that our feet smell, so when one of us scores we celebrate in that way."
Real are going through a tough spell at the minute in the league.
They currently sit fourth in the La Liga table - eight points behind Barcelona.
