Egypt coach Hector Cuper claims Real Madrid are targeting Mohamed Salah.
The Liverpool talisman has enjoyed a blistering start to the season, leading the Premier League’s scoring charts with 12 goals to his name already.
Real meanwhile are struggling in their La Liga title defence as they were held by Athletic Bilbao, increasing their gulf with leaders Barcelona to eight points.
And it seems that Salah’s impressive form at Anfield is not going unnoticed by the European champions as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
Cuper claims that it has been confirmed that Los Blancos’ interest in the currently free-scoring forward is already well established.
“I’ve received confirmed news revealing Real Madrid’s interest in Salah, but let’s not rush things,” he told ON Sport TV.
To me, he is in an amazing position right now.”
