Ronaldo is obsessed by goals... more importantly, his goals.
When quizzed on his lack of scoring this week, Ronaldo hit back: "My stats, I'm not going to talk about it, you go to Google, 'Cristiano Ronaldo goals' and there they are, all of them. That doesn't concern me at all."
While Ronaldo is king of the goals, De Bruyne is king of the assists. And the Manchester City man has this week claimed assisting goals gives him MORE joy than scoring them.
De Bruyne has set up 24 Premier League goals since joining City in August 2015 - more than any other player
He told Sky Sports: "It gives me another feeling. I cannot explain it. When you score it's a great feeling but to give a great pass is also something very sepcial for me.
"I think it's under-rated, sometimes what we do. Obviously we cannot have these assists if they dont score the goals."
While Ronaldo is criticised for making it all about him at Real Madrid, De Bruyne has a different mindset.
"I am a big NBA fan where a lot of players play on physicality. But I am a big LeBron [James] fan and he can do whatever he wants," De Bruyne explained.
"But he always tries to make the best play for the team and that is what I want to do."
Take note, Cristiano...
